(hereinafter “RECREATIVO”), its Registered Trademarks, with its registered office located at Calle 36, Manzana 09, Lote 13, 14, 15, and 16, Supermanzana 101, Benito Juárez Municipality, in the City of Cancún, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77519 hereby inform you that “RECREATIVO” protects and safeguards your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, misplacement, alteration, as well as the unauthorized processing of your personal data, and hereby inform you of the terms and conditions of the Personal Data Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) of “RECREATIVO,” which is provided in connection with the purchase of the various products and services that “RECREATIVO” offers. The processing of the personal data you provide to us is carried out by taking security and confidentiality measures in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Privacy Notice.

What information do we collect?

The personal data you provide to “RECREATIVO” through this website www.recreativo.com.mx, by using our online services, in writing, and/or by telephone includes: (I) First and last name, gender (male or female), date of birth, phone number, email address, mailing address, and the company you work for; (II) financial information; (III) official identification. We may also collect personal information related to your preferences regarding the use of our products and/or services. To ensure that the personal data you freely and voluntarily provide is accurate and up-to-date, “RECREATIVO” may collect information from other sources, such as credit reporting agencies. When you register on our website or make a purchase, all your personal data and payment information are added to our database and used solely for making purchases online or by phone. As for financial data such as your credit card number and expiration date, in accordance with Articles 8, 10, and 37 of the Law, such data is not considered to require your express consent for use.

What do we use your information for?

For the relevant legal purposes, the Data Subject is hereby informed that their personal data will be used for the following purposes:

1. Main Objectives:

• • In order to provide the Data Subject with the products and services included in the “RECREATIVO” catalog and to offer them a better experience.
  • To process the order you placed through the website and/or any other means designated as “RECREATIVO,” as well as to track the shipment of said order and/or samples.
  • Billing and invoicing for the products and services offered by “RECREATIVO”.
  • Compliance with the obligations that “RECREATIVO” has undertaken toward the account holder.
  • To store and process the Data Subject’s data in a database for the purpose of creating accounts or profiles containing a history of the products and services that interest them, and to use such data for marketing, statistical, and prospecting purposes.

“RECREATIVO” implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, and we require that any third parties with whom we contract comply with these measures. All information and personal data that you provide to us through the use of our website, www.recreativo.com.mx, in writing, and/or by telephone will be included in a database owned by “RECREATIVO”. How can you exercise your ARCO rights and revoke the consent you have given?

As the subject of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, erasure, and objection to the processing of personal data), or revoke the consent you have granted to “RECREATIVO” for the processing of your personal data, by sending your request directly via email toadministrativo@recreativo.com.mx, or in writing to the address indicated above. said request must contain the following:

   2. A copy of an official photo ID or a document proving that you are the data subject whose information you wish to access, correct, delete, or object to.
   3. Please specify how you would like your personal data to be processed.

Upon receipt, “RECREATIVO” will have 15 (fifteen) business days to respond to your request; however, this period may be extended for an equal period of time, of which you will be notified via the means you have provided for this purpose, stating the reasons for such extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Likewise, we inform you that under the terms of the Law and its regulations (as noted above), effective January 6, 2012, you may initiate the ARCO Rights Protection procedure before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) within 15 days following the date on which “RECREATIVO” responds to your request and you are not satisfied with the response, or, if the aforementioned period has elapsed and “RECREATIVO” has not responded to your request.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

“RECREATIVO” reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. In the event of any changes to this Privacy Notice, you will be notified via the websitewww.recreativo.com.mx

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The data subject hereby states that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Notice made available to them, and that they understand the purpose of the collection and processing of their personal data, as well as the procedure for exercising their ARCO rights.
